Senior HR Advisor Crewe (Hybrid – 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

In collaboration with Adecco, Bentley Motors, one of the most esteemed names in the motor industry, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team in Crewe on a 12-month contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a world-leading company while furthering your HR career in a hybrid working environment.

The Senior HR Advisor is responsible for delivering a professional HR service across the organisation, supporting line managers in implementing policies and procedures that align with Bentley Motors' People Strategy and Business Objectives. The role requires working independently within a team of Senior HR Advisors, focusing on digitalisation, change management, and proactive communication to upskill line managers and address people-related issues effectively.

Manage complex employee relations cases, including dismissal and employment tribunal claims, using problem-solving skills and legislation knowledge.
Ensure fair and consistent management of absence, flexible working requests, performance management, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
Coach managers on policy best practises and the implications of non-compliance.
Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to support the people consequences of organisational change initiatives.
Analyse people data to identify trends and implement process improvements, creating line manager communications to address themes.
Build manager capability in effective people management through advice, guidance, and coaching.
Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Proven track record in a fast-moving generalist HR operational role.
Experience managing complex employee relations cases and tribunal preparations.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Experience coaching line managers.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about HR delivery and digitalization.
Experience in project management and implementation.
Competent in reporting, interpreting, and presenting KPIs/data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors.
Post graduate CIPD diploma (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) essential.
