Lead, manage, motivate and mentor your growing team of customer finance advisors, to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations and delivers the right results
Manage and nurture lender relationships to ensure the best competitive, and sometimes exclusive, rates for customers - central to the company’s success
Make sure that all lines of communication are managed efficiently at every stage
Work closely with the compliance team and external providers so that full regulatory compliance, particularly FCA, is consistently adhered to
