Deputy Principle Educational Psychologist - Permanent West/South Essex - Hybrid, Flexible Working Salary starting at £62,540 per annum. Up to £8,000 relocation package As a qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change in our educational landscape. Working remotely and in a hybrid model, you'll have the flexibility to thrive while making a real impact. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction in the delivery of psychological services. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to support the inclusion and well-being of all students. Conduct psychological assessments and interventions to address the needs of students with diverse learning and behavioural needs. Lead and mentor a team of educational psychologists, providing supervision and professional development opportunities. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and practices that promote inclusive education and social-emotional learning. Engage in research and evaluation activities to enhance the effectiveness of educational psychology services.What We're Looking For: Qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration.
