The Recruitment Co are on the lookout for telesales executives for our client a provider of cloud phone systems, broadband, mobile and IT, they help thousands of businesses to communicate with their colleagues and customers, making business technology, connectivity, and productivity integration easy for organisations as they grow.

£24,000 basic, plus uncapped commission. OTE £45,000

The Role:


We are on the lookout for a passionate, high-energy go-getter who loves a good challenge to hop on-board our sales team adventure

As a Telesales Executive, your charisma and outgoing personality will be your superpowers as you orchestrate the scheduling of exciting appointments by truly getting to know our customers; needs and setting the stage for our field sales heroes.


You'll dive into our CRM like a pro, strategically targeting clients and hitting those sales targets with
style. But its not just about numbers - it's about smashing those phone calls with charm, confidence, and a big smile, making every interaction a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:

  • Step into the dynamic role of Telesales Executive, where you'll be the architect of appointments that set the stage for our field sales team.
  • Dive into our CRM toolbox with flair, using your charm and savvy to uncover golden opportunities. With your guidance, your pipeline will be a roadmap to success.
  • You build rapport over the phone like it's second nature, turning every call into a chance to connect.
  • A keen-eyed opportunist, you spot openings and seize them with lightning speed.
  • Tech-savvy with a proven history of mastering CRM systems, you're always one step ahead.
  • Resilient and tenacious, you tackle challenges head-on and emerge victorious every time.
