Job Description The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water's region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure. This role will be hybrid / remote and only require attendance at the Peterborough Office once or twice per month Responsibilities Reporting to the Information Manager, you will manage the document/information control function and oversee their day-to-day activities across SPA projects. This is a key assurance role, ensuring compliance with SPA BIM standards and protocols within our Common Data Environment (CDE). Responsibilities Manage and mentor a small team of two Information Controllers, ensuring workload prioritisation and compliance with SPA BIM standards and ISO19650. Assist SPA project teams with administration and maintenance of the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) on projects, registering and administering to their project file deliverables. Assist SPA supply chain with administration and maintenance of the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP), registering and administering to their project file deliverables. Maintain Master and Task Information Delivery Plans (MIDP/TIDP) and ensure correct registration of deliverables. Act as the main point of contact for supply chain partners and project teams on all document/information control matters. Support effective communication of information control process across teams. Deliver training and guidance to SPA project team and supply chain end-users on SPA information control procedure and CDE workflow process. Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Data Handling & Reporting: Strong ability to work with data in spreadsheets or similar tools to create reports that support project teams and management. Strong Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Evidence of being a self-starter, showing initiative, innovation and contribution of ideas in team development. Evidence of confidence in engagement with wider stakeholder team (Supply Chain, Project Teams, Client, External) Problem solving capabilities, flexibility and commitment to tasks at hand. Knowledge, Skills And Experience BIM standards (PAS 1192 / ISO 19650) and ISO9001 Expeience of GDPR fundamentals SharePoint Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar tools or other electronic document management systems (e.g. Asite, ProjectWise) Autodesk authoring products (Revit, C3D, AutoCAD) Familiarity of MS Power Platform Tools, all MS Packages and MS Teams Strong background in infrastructure or engineering projects Water sector experience. Managing small teams. history of leadership in information control and admin. Qualifications A Level, NVQ or equivalent HNC/HND or equivalent Desirable Degree
