Role: Head of Architecture Salary: Up to £105k + market leading pension + package
Location: Remote (UK travel 2-3 times per month)

This role would suit someone who has a strong understand of both technical and business architecture and how to maximise outcomes in both areas.

Accountable for the long-term enterprise IT strategy and IT product roadmap, including application platforms and IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and adaptability to the organisation's changing needs.
Work with senior business stakeholders, change management and technology colleagues to develop business strategy and IT strategy.
Ensure Business, Data, Change and Technology alignment through a collaborative, supportive and consultative manner to translate and executes business strategy to achieve desired business outcomes.
Establish standards for architectural involvement and governance within an agile environment
Periodically provide assurance to the Board that the IT architecture is well designed, aligns to the business strategy and industry best practice.

Proven experience in a Chief Architect / Head of Architecture role.
Experience of both technical and business architecture.
Strong Microsoft background, in particular, Azure, D365, M365.
Experience in setting up and chairing a technology assurance groups to oversee the governance of an IT architecture.
