Role Overview: As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations understand player behavior, campaign performance, and platform health. You'll transform raw data into intuitive dashboards and reports that empower decision-making across the business. Mandatory requirements: At least 5 years work experience in the iGaming industry (Social casino; B2C online casino; Sweep stakes; Sportsbook / Sports betting) Built and mentored a team of data analysts Employment type: B2B independent contractor Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) Working days: Monday to Friday Time zone: GMT+1 till GMT +4 Location: UK / Malta / Cyprus / Gibraltar / Poland / Isreal / Germany Salary offered: up to EUR 67K / USD 79K gross per year Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations for operational and strategic reporting. Analyze player data, game performance, and retention trends to identify key opportunities and risks. Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to translate data into clear business recommendations. Develop and automate data pipelines and reporting processes in collaboration with the data engineering team. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources. Confidence in presenting to all levels of management Requirements: Proven experience (6+ years) as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, ideally within gaming, gambling, or online entertainment. Advanced proficiency with Tableau — building dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, and data blending. Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen. Clear communication and presentation skills — ability to turn data into compelling stories. Nice to Have: Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language for data manipulation. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). Understanding of player segmentation, LTV, churn, and responsible gaming metrics. What we offer: Fully remote work.
