The firm is seeking to hire a Fashion Lawyer to join the firm's brand-new West End, London office.
The firm is a bit of a dark horse for the media work that they do. They work with many household names and well-known public figures, but they also work with smaller and large publishers, modeling agencies, technology companies, app developers, OMB businesses, and foreign companies that are coming to London to set up shop.
Negotiating contracts between fashion designers, brands, retailers, and other stakeholders. Protecting the intellectual property of fashion designers and brands. Advising on regulatory compliance: Advising fashion designers and brands on regulatory compliance. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
