Do you have experience in a property maintenance role?
Our Central Maintenance Team have a vacancy for a mobile Trust Maintenance Officer based in Nottingham covering our 22 Nottinghamshire sites. You will deliver outstanding maintenance and development services to our schools, will be enthusiastic, energetic, well-motivated and able to think outside of the box. You will contribute towards development and maintenance plans and work with the Trust Maintenance Manager to ensure their effective implementation. This role is practical, fast-paced and physical, but also hugely satisfying allowing the successful applicant to maintain buildings, facilities, equipment and plant to a high standard, designing and building innovative solutions that genuinely enhance the lives of staff and children in our care.
This is a permanent full time role starting working 37 hours per week, all year round.
We are Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust , bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire focussed on delivering high quality learning and teaching in a safe and nurturing environment.
With relevant experience in a facilities maintenance role and with excellent attention to detail, you will have a good understanding of routine maintenance in a practical working environment ensuring that planned maintenance is carried according to schedules and that breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently and will have an awareness of current Health & Safety legislation.
Deliver outstanding maintenance and development services to our schools.
Have relevant experience in a facilities maintenance role.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a facilities maintenance role.
Full UK driver’s licence with suitable trailer towing category.
Ensure that all works, and projects are carried out within timescales as agreed with the Trust Maintenance Manager.
Company transport, PPE and workwear, laptop and mobile phone.
