This full-time role offers a handsome salary ranging from £75,000 to £80,000, depending on experience. You'll also be eligible for a bonus and additional benefits. The role is based in the East Midlands, making it easily commutable from Loughborough, Leicester, Coalville, Nuneaton, Lutterworth and surrounding areas. Our client is a respected owner-operator of elderly care homes. They are dedicated to providing top-notch care for older people, with a focus on improving the quality of life for their residents. The company values empathy, flexibility, and excellent communication skills and is looking for a Regional Manager who embodies these qualities. As the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Striving to achieve an "outstanding" CQC outcome for all homes
  • Executing a profit-improvement plan to enhance financial performance

  • Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Regularly monitoring the performance of all staff and providing support to Home Managers
