Our well established client is looking for a Legal Cashier to be based at their Worthing office

~ Legal Cashier

Our well established client is looking for a Legal Cashier to be based at their Worthing office
Setting up online payments via our bank
Dealing with general ad-hoc queries from fee earners
Taking debit/credit card payments from clients and posting them
Filing all paperwork relating to conveyancing transactions
Investigating and advising fee earners regarding balances left on ledgers.
Reporting accounts rule breaches to Practice Accountant
Covering for other legal cashiers during absences
Other accounts office tasks as required including land registry postings, end of day card machine report and banking.
Basics of Bookkeeping
Previous experience in a law firm.
Accountancy qualification would be desirable
Professional telephone Manner and great customer service
