The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Job Ref 24-220-PO-ECI-WEB Job Role Project Officer, Workable (NI) Contract Permanent Salary Starting at £27,334 per annum, pro rata Hours 37 hours per week Location The post holder can be based at one of the following premises: 1 Upper Lisburn Road, Belfast BT0 0GW 1a Woodside Road Industrial Estate, Ballymena BT42 4QJ The Service Cedar deliver the Workable (NI) service as part of a partnership of disability organisations, called Supported Employment Solutions (SES).
Workable (NI) aims to assist people with disabilities to enter and stay in employment through the provision of a flexible range of supports.
The programme also offers existing employees who become disabled or whose disability causes them greater difficulty than previously, the opportunity to retain their job.
The Role To work closely with disabled people in work and employers to maintain employment and achieve positive outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree) or equivalent level professional qualification AND Minimum of 1 year's paid experience in supporting individuals to find or sustain employment and liaising with employers OR Minimum RQF 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline AND Minimum of 3 years' paid experience as above 2.
Proficiency in IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 3.
