Due to a recent expansion we are currently recruiting for several vacancies at our stunning, award winning children s day nursery and preschool in Epsom, in the town centre and a very short walk from the station.

Main responsibilities of the Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner:

Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence and a range of experiences, whilst meeting all of the children s needs.
Be able to have key person responsibility and carry out daily and individual planning.
Ensuring a safe, secure and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
Assisting the Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day to day high quality childcare.
Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
Be qualified to Level 2, 3 or equivalent in childcare (required for Early Years Nursery Practitioner roles and above)
Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS Early Years Foundation Stages (desirable)
Funded in house and external training opportunities including Levels 2, 3, 4+ in childcare, leadership and management courses, SEN and more)
Flexible holiday and working hours can be discussed
Annual pay reviews
Referral scheme

Full time (Monday to Friday), 42.5 hours per week or Part time options available
