eCommerce Tester/Product Analyst
Permanent 38 hours - Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to£35,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits.

You will be part of our ever-growing eCommerce Team ensuring a customer journey that is just as unforgettable online, as it is in store. In your new role you will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects by executing the testing phase, in conjunction with the rest of the product team. You will have high attention to detail, ensuring each release meets business requirements, as well as satisfying quality and performance standards. This is a hybrid role based at our office in Lytham, St Annes. As a social and culture-centric company, we offer flexibility for home working; however, we expect team members to spend part of the working week in the office to support collaboration and engagement. Create and execute test cases to ensure releases meet quality standards and are ready for launch.
Collaborate with the eCommerce Test Lead to create and present test plans.
Gather requirements and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria during UAT.
Own and escalate issues within test cases to address potential project impacts.
Assist in all eCommerce releases and conduct post-release testing.
Support regression and campaign testing and maintain up-to-date test packs.
Contribute to improving online customer engagement and conversion.

This includes 63 Beaverbrooks stores & 22 dedicated brand boutiques, including TAG Heuer, OMEGA, Breitling & Tudor. We also have 3 Loupe boutiques, with Rolex showrooms.

A passion for online/digital
Experience in eCommerce QA/UAT processes and platforms (e.g., Familiarity with microservices, composable projects, and issue tracking tools (e.g., Automation testing experience and knowledge of website development and design
testing certification is desirable
