You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, lead cross-functional initiatives, and gain deep insights into the startup ecosystem.

Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Assist in developing and implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the team to create compelling content, events, campaigns, and promotions across various channels.
Identify new growth opportunities, including potential partnerships, influencer collaborations, and market expansion.
Participate in product testing and user experience research to refine product offerings.
Project Management:
Lead and manage key projects from conception to execution, ensuring they align with company goals.
Identify and resolve issues that may impede project success.
Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including handling urgent tasks that arise.
Manage and prioritize the Founder/CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and events.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events as needed.
Special Projects:
Take ownership of special projects as assigned by the Founder/CEO, which may include launching new products, onboarding new corporate clients, entering new markets, or expanding into different business verticals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
~3+ years of experience in consulting, product management, investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment.
~ Deep understanding of financial services market.
~ Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading initiatives.
~ Potential for career advancement as the company scales.
