As our new Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) , you will serve a s Level 3 support for issue escalation, working within our Cloud Platform Management team alongside other SREs, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Solutions Architects to drive excellent customer results. Your expertise will help maintain system observability through effective management, monitoring, and maintenance of systems and alerts to ensure optimal performance, security, availability, and cost efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing, Monitoring, and Maintaining systems to ensure optimal security, performance, availability, and cost
  • Planning, testing, and deploying system patches (check for compatibility issues, conducts QA, and tests deployments) in accordance with defined standards
  • Documenting complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.
  • Ensure systems are equipped with comprehensive backups and disaster recovery plans that align with customer requirements

Your Competencies :

  • 3+ Years experience in Windows server administration
  • 3+ Years experience with Azure cloud services
  • Experience with DevOps tools and automating build and deployment pipelines
  • Development or scripting experience
  • Microsoft Azure AZ-104 or 204 Certifications are highly regarded
