Job Role:

Manage Accounts: Process invoices, handle payments, and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
Keep Records: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Record transactions and manage expense reports.
Support Reporting: Help prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets. Analyse financial data for accuracy.
Handle Invoices: Create and send invoices to clients. Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections.
Reconcile Banks: Match bank statements with our records and resolve any discrepancies.
Administrative Tasks: Support the finance team with clerical tasks like filing, correspondence, and data entry.

Core Skills :

Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for accuracy and precision.
Organisational Skills: You keep things orderly and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Proficiency: You’re skilled in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other financial software.

What You Need:

Proven experience as a finance assistant or in a similar role.

Integrity and reliability, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in financial matters.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
A passion for numbers and finance, along with a commitment to supporting the team and company’s goals.
