Management of site staff operatives and sub-contractors.

* Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and project management plans.

* Understand tender allowances and monitor contract costs against agreed budgets.

* Preparing and monitoring programmes of work.

* Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors.

* Inform, consult, and involve local groups as necessary.

* Understand and administer contract change.

Already experienced as a Site Agent you will have a relevant industry qualification (HND/ HNC/ BEng) or equivalent and an up-to-date SMSTS qualification, and appropriate CSCS card as well as be a temporary works coordinator and Cranes Appointed Person. Ability to use Asta / Project for programming.

Have compliance with current legislation requirements, including the production and implementation of RAMs and other associated safety/project documentation.

Possess good technical writing skills.

You will have experience in the UK civils sector, working with the NEC form of contract. You will have significant main contractor civils experience including earthworks, drainage, structures and flood defences.
