We seek a Senior SAP Reporting Business Analyst with a strong understanding of reporting and consolidation processes in SAP utilising SAP Financial Information Management (FIM) and Business Objects (BFC) in a CGP environment.
You will be joining our Dexian Hungary team of consultants, who are embedded in our client, a world-class provider of beverages. This is a full-time, hybrid, employment opportunity with an excellent remuneration offering.
This Role will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4 group reporting and consolidation process solutions by providing strategic, highly scalable and robust technical solutions. You will drive the decision and selection of the global consolidation utilising SAP Financial Information Management (FIM) & Business Objects (BFC) and S/4 HANA.
SAP FIM is fully integrated with the Business Objects Enterprise platform (BOE).
Key Objectives.
You will support the lead in delivering across the Finance Function, specifically related to the Business Objects for Financial Consolidation for SAP S/4 Hana and non-SAP solutions.
Deliverables .
- Participate and drive the design workshops.
- Control the solution development, advising best practice and ensuring all teams adhere to best practice quality processes.
- Make technology recommendations and develop Solution Architecture Design documents
- Work closely with Product line and SAP Center of Excellence to bring business requirements to life.
- Review build and testing output.
- Leads the deployment into the markets in partnership with the business. Good understanding of data and cutover.
- Communicate across the workstreams to align dependencies and plans.
- Partners with Businesses to align technology to business requirements.
- Engage with the architects to ensure that the build is aligned to architectural standards and roadmaps.
- Managing members of the tax and treasury team.
Required Competencies
- Deep knowledge of BusinessObjects or BFC, FIM, SAP technical and functional architecture, data model, and emerging SAP capabilities, including integrating SAP solutions for consolidation.
- Leverage business process knowledge & proficiency for consolidation and ensure business requirements and solution meeting standards.
- Excellent knowledge of group reporting, Integration points across both SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA.
- Experience working with 3rd party applications in the tax and treasury area.
- Competency in strategic design thinking with strong capabilities across S/4 HANA architecture
- Good understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting and Integration technologies (including integrations with Salesforce.com).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle with experiences of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
- Design and implementation of S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and best standards.
- Competency in designing, building, testing and deploying the SAP solution components required for successful integrations to SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Effective project scoping and delivery.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of technology experience in SAP ERP and cloud technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA products.
- Proven ability to understand how technology choices impact business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior stakeholder level, virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective and targeted communication.
- Experience of working in a distributed environment (e.g. on-shore, off-shore, etc)
- Proven ability to work with 3rd parties to deliver the desired outcome.
- Fluent English knowledge.
