The Role You'll join as our AI & Automation Specialist — a builder, optimizer and storyteller. Your mission: work across internal operations, recruitment delivery support, and marketing engine to embed intelligence, automate what's manual, and surface our story. This is hands‐on, high‐impact, and perfect for someone early in their career who wants to make a broad difference. What You'll Be Doing Delivery Support + Process Automation Build AI‐/automation‐powered workflows to support recruitment delivery (e.g., role updates, candidate pipelines, client communications) Create systems to track live projects, automate client & stakeholder updates Use tools like GPTs, Zapier/Make, Notion, ClickUp/Airtable to streamline recruitment ops Back‐Office & Internal Ops Reduce manual work in invoicing, timesheets, resource planning, team check‐ins Spot inefficiencies in workflows and fix them via smart automations or process redesign Build lightweight dashboards or internal tools so the team aligns faster and works smarter Marketing & Content Ops Help run Synchro's content engine — generate, schedule, and repurpose content using AI Turn internal wins, delivery insights and operational stories into LinkedIn posts, quote cards, carousels Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Figma AI, Canva, Descript etc to speed up and improve our brand presence AI Experimentation & Enablement Test and implement new AI tools where they add real value (ops, delivery, marketing) Build internal prompts, bots, or docs to help the team work faster/smarter Act as our internal AI evangelist: bring ideas, evaluate what works, scale what's useful You Might Be a Fit If You... Have 1‐3 years experience in ops, recruitment/delivery support, marketing or a fast‐paced startup environment Are comfortable using or learning tools like Notion, Zapier/Make, GPTs, Figma AI, Canva, Airtable (or similar) Have a sharp eye for improving workflows, reducing waste or friction Enjoy writing, editing, repurposing content and care how brand shows up Are organised, curious and like wearing multiple hats Are excited about AI ‐ not just as a buzzword, but as a practical way to work better What Success Looks Like ~70% of internal updates, delivery support and marketing content are running via automation or AI‐assistance Content engine is flowing consistently with minimal friction and rooted in real work Internal tools built help the team focus more on high‐value work (less manual drudge) You are viewed as a go‐to for building or improving internal systems, and your contributions are visible 🏱 What We Offer Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 depending on experience Learning & experimentation budget for tools, AI platforms and growth Remote‐first, flexible working, UK hours Fast‐growing role – you'll evolve with the business and shape how things are done How to Apply Please submit your CV + short note (or video/loom) answering: "Tell us about a time you used AI or automation to improve a process.
