We are seeking a German speaking graduate to join a prestigious German automotive company as a Purchasing Administrator. This role is based at their Thorne, Doncaster with occasional travel to Munich. As German speaking Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for performing all purchasing tasks within the area of responsibility, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders on a local and regional level, planning, sourcing, optimisation, negotiation, supplier liaison, and steering. Collaborate with the regional purchasing network and set up new suppliers.
Ensure suppliers meet company standards for innovation, quality, flexibility, and value for money.
Manage contracts life-cycle, purchasing records, and databases.
Promote the purchasing cycle and handle day-to-day administration, including credit reports and financial risk management.
