The Team
Customer Growtharethe heartbeatofSky.Weare responsible forthecommercial health (acquisition and retention)of our TV, Broadband and Mobilesubscription business.Youllwork closely with the product P&Ls, pulling together plansto hitcommercialtargets orfind opportunities to drive further benefit, then execute these across our channels through various initiatives and pieces of analysis.Asa result, this role will allow you to rapidly build an internal network across Sky. We are looking forhighlymotivated people who have a good eye for numbers, enjoy spottingopportunities, then more importantly, enjoy doing something about it. Sothat could becoming up withideas to close a gap in performanceforour Voice estateor working in a teamon commercial initiatives that support newproductlauncheslikeWiFiMax. We have a full roadmap of future product launches,soyoullbe exposed to some innovative new products on the horizon.
Anaspectof this rolewould entaillooking at performance ofour Broadband customer base when they enter a retention journeyand sizing impacts fromcommercialor operationalinitiativespulling thisinto a story and action plan for stakeholders across the business.As a result, havinggood communicationskills is essential.
Whatyoullbring:
First and foremost, we are looking for proactive and inquisitive personalities whoenjoyworking with numbers.Youwillbe commercial aware andif you come from a role as a commercial/ecommerce manager, analyst,buyeror any type of role where you used data to help shape decisions in the company then this role could appeal to you.
You will also be confident at presenting your recommendations to people at varying levels of seniority and excellent at collaborating across the business.

We work in a hybrid way with 3 days in the office and 2 at home. With such a large campus, there is a huge buzz on site along with a lot of face-face collaboration which is why we feel it is important for people to be spend a few days in the office. Within that there is a lot of flexibility as to when you start/end the day.
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, EalingBroadwayand South Ealing tube stations.Theresalso plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus,youllfind 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.?
