Project Manager Location: London Bridge Working pattern: Full-Time We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and experienced project management professional to play a pivotal role in delivering key projects that contribute to the overall objectives of our department and the wider business. You’ll bring a strong solution focus and exceptional organisational skills in leading a variety of projects, end to end, and working with a diverse group of colleagues from around the globe. As part of the Marketing & Recruitment function, this role will sit in the small but mighty Operations team providing support that underpins the core activities of the function. You’ll deliver a variety of projects from product launches to internal development projects, working cross-functionally with departments across the business. Project Manager - What you’ll bring to the role * You care about doing a great job and the contribution you’re making * Proven experience in delivering projects from conception to closure * Experienced in coordinating cross-functional project teams and diverse stakeholders on an international scale * Outcome focused with a goal-driven and delivery-oriented profile * Able to contribute as part of a team in finding solutions * Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with and influence a wide range of audiences * Excellent oral and written communication including ability to write project documentation such as project briefs, presentations, reports * Self-motivated with a curious nature with a desire to learn * Diligent, assertive and commercially astute * Exceptional organisational and planning skills * Excellent time management and prioritisation skills * Process-driven approach * Ability to work under pressure and to deadline, to meet challenging targets * Meticulous attention to detail * Flexible and adaptable approach to a dynamic workload, with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and change * Working knowledge of project planning, collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday com, Miro, SharePoint) * Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS 365 * Commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace Project Manager - Desirable * Passion for international education recruitment * Experience of working in international or higher education sector * Experience with CRM software (particularly Salesforce) * Exposure to working with global teams and across different time zones * Desire to contribute innovative new ideas, insights and approaches to drive efficiencies Project Manager - What we do Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., offers international students a wide range of flexible study options - from University preparation programmes in the UK, Australia, USA and Japan through to full degree programmes in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.
