Associate Marketing Director

Associate Marketing Director - Multiple Sclerosis
The purpose of this position is to manage the marketing and product materials as an innovative CNS pharmaceutical company prepares to introduce its first Multiple Sclerosis product to the UK market. Activities will include strategic planning and launch campaign preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and product management, with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience working specifically with Multiple Sclerosis treatments and therapies.
Location: Berkshire, UK
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to support the successful launch of the new MS product.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, market access, and regulatory to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
- Lead the development of promotional materials, educational resources, and sales tools to effectively communicate the product's value proposition to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including website development, social media campaigns, and online advertising to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and oversee participation in key medical conferences, symposia, and educational events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with specific experience working within MS
