Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst / £45 per hour PAYE equivalent to roughly £90,000 annually / Remote / 12 Month Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen with the world’s number 1 social media and tech organisation.

I am seeking a Sales Operations Analyst (contract) to provide analytical strength and decision making to an emerging business within the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the data reconciliation processes between billing and channel sales to ensure data accuracy in final reported Sales internally and externally
  • Lead and optimise the commercial sales forecasting processes
  • Build and maintain sales and customer dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Conduct deep dives and mine massive amounts of data to extract meaningful insights for the sales and marketing teams (using internal systems, SFDC, Tableau, Excel)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics)
  • 4+ years experience in data analytics within a sales operations or finance team, or in management consulting with significant experience in sales analytics
  • Experience analysing business performance in a B2B context. SaaS experience preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using large complex datasets and providing practical business insights
  • Strong SQL, Tableau, Salesforce and advanced Excel skills and understanding of B2B SaaS and HaaS sales and marketing funnel metrics
