Lancashire Constabulary's Corporate Development Department is seeking a Performance & Insights Analyst to be based at Hutton Headquarters. The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free car parking on site. This post is temporary until 22/05/2025.

The purpose of this role is the development and preparation of strategic and tactical performance / analytical products in support of managerial, operational and organisational decision making. To be responsible for applying statistical analytical techniques to a diverse range of scenarios and data sets with a view to drawing conclusions, recommendations or inferences. To document and present the findings of analytical work as performance/ analytical products and reports to a wide range of audiences.
