WHO ARE THEY?

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for an exciting multifaceted pub with restaurant, rooms and beautiful rooftop bar. This pub is part of an excellent small pub and restaurant group that pride themselves on their sustainability ethos and their commitment to creating a positive culture and supporting people’s training and development. This is a busy spot delivering a high standard of service, an exciting list of natural wines and brilliant seasonal British cooking.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

As Restaurant Manager, you will support the AGM’s and GM in the running of the restaurant as well as supporting the team and looking after their excellent natural wine offering. This is a very progressive business who really care about the people they work with and you will play a key part in supporting, training and developing the team who offer excellent service in the brilliant busy pub.

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

Someone who is very team focussed, supportive, experienced with delivering excellent service and who has strong knowledge of natural wines. We are looking for someone with a real passion for service and who works in a collaborative way with the rest of the team.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full time role, 48 hours per week with paid overtime. You won’t do any doubles and you’ll typically work 4 evenings a week and one day shift.Apply For Job #J-18808-Ljbffr
