We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Business Partner to join our public sector client. In this role, you will be the bridge between the business functions and the IT team, ensuring that technology is aligned with business needs and helping to drive innovation across the organisation.
You will focus on identifying and implementing digital technologies that improve business processes, training colleagues on how to leverage current technology to solve operational challenges, and supporting the successful delivery of key projects. Working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and IT teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered effectively and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Identification: Work with departments to identify opportunities for technology to support business objectives and drive efficiencies.
Training & Support: Train business users to effectively utilise current technology solutions, ensuring they understand how to use tools to solve problems and enhance productivity.
Project Delivery: Collaborate with the PMO and IT teams to support the delivery of key digital transformation projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key point of contact between business functions and IT, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication on technology-related matters.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, recommending solutions that align with our organisation’s goals and digital strategy.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the public sector.
Strong understanding of how digital technology can be leveraged to meet business needs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business terms.
Experience in project delivery, working with PMO and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Proficient in delivering training to business users on digital tools and technology.
A passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement within a business context.
