This role, based in Driffield with the requirement to travel across the UK, offers the opportunity to take a leading role in delivering detailed and accurate survey data for a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with Survey Technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and contributing to the success of key engineering initiatives.

Carry out precision surveys across multiple sites, including topographical and structural projects.
Lead the setup and preparation of survey instruments, ensuring equipment is fully operational.
Supervise survey activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Generate accurate reports, plans, and 3D models from collected data to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including landowners and engineers, to ensure smooth project coordination.
Maintain high standards of health and safety on all projects.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying, preferably with exposure to engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical skills in using surveying equipment and software.
The ability to manage and coordinate survey activities, ensuring the timely delivery of results.
Supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Regular training to keep skills up to date with industry standards.
