Contract Renewals and Expansion : The Relationship Manager is solely responsible for ensuring the renewal of contracts within their designated areas. Develop high-quality, timely business case proposals, and support tender processes as needed to secure contract renewals. Communication Management : Maintain effective communication with commissioners regarding performance metrics, addressing both over-performance and underperformance issues. This includes supporting internal risk management for key contracts.
Strategic Relationship Building : This ensures alignment with local health priorities and objectives.
Stakeholder Management
Develop and nurture strategic relationships across the new commissioning structures, including NHS Provider Trusts, Provider Collaboratives, and CAMHS/AMHS. Ensure local priorities and objectives are integrated into central reporting.
Senior-Level Engagement : Cultivate senior-level relationships with key partner agencies in statutory, independent, and charitable sectors within the region.
Networking and Liaison : Network and maintain relationships with essential partner agencies to embed the company within the new ICS structure. Develop and deliver top-tier customer success presentations and sales pitches tailored to commissioners, providers, and stakeholders, including presentations to both young people and adult audiences.
Strategic Evaluation and Reporting : Work closely with commissioners and the central support team to ensure accurate evaluation and reporting on services and performance. Utilize Salesforce to forecast, report, and record contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities accurately and consistently. Regularly update Account Plans within the area of responsibility.
Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze data to extract key insights, and present these effectively to advance conversations with commissioners and stakeholders. Branding & Engagement
Collaboration with Engagement Team : Work closely with the Engagement Team Leader and Engagement Leads to ensure alignment on promotional efforts within contract areas.
