The Role

As Head of Product at Superduper, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy and development. You must be an experienced product lead, excited by the prospect of running multiple development work streams/live products, and the opportunity to build your own high-performing team.

In the first 6 months you will

Define and lead the product development of groundbreaking new products to market across IP, Dapps, infrastructure and more.

Work collaboratively with design, commercial, GTM, and engineering to ship products that delight users and help tell stories through experiences

Work on existing products in-market, optimising the success of the products towards the goals of the stakeholders.

Help shape and define the product team culture (structure and ways of working), and build a world class team that can scale to service the needs of the stakeholders.

Collaboratively define the product roadmap for the group's products.

Prioritise ruthlessly through leveraging user research and data/market analyses and make strong cases to internal stakeholders.

Must haves

5+ years of professional experience building market-leading product.

Strong passion for web3 and empathy for the user.

Ability to have in-depth discussions with software engineers to ensure that product intentions and technical realities are aligned, emphasising effective and collective decision-making.

Expert at defining and explaining requirements for features to be designed by the design team and later developed by the engineering team.

Skilled at spotting the difference between great and mediocre UI and UX design.

Familiar with various tools and techniques to quickly test product ideas and iterate on them (such as Jira, Figma, Amplitude, A/B testing, etc.).

Excellent communication skills, cross-departmental communication and coordination.

Understanding of blockchain tech.

Strong grasp of product analytics.
