We're looking for an insightful and relationship-focused individual to join our Account Management team as a dedicated partner to our enterprise clients - leading organisations with annual revenues between $1 billion and $10 billion. In this role, you will be the steward of our most valued customer relationships, focusing on nurturing and expanding these partnerships. Your mission is to ensure our clients feel supported and empowered, helping them achieve their goals by unlocking the full potential of their BlackLine investment. You'll Get To: Build Meaningful Connections: Serve as a trusted advocate for our enterprise clients, cultivating deep, consultative partnerships rooted in empathy and a genuine desire to see them succeed; Empower Client Growth: Guide clients on their journey with BlackLine by identifying opportunities for them to solve new challenges and enhance their operations through the strategic use of our platform; Guide Strategic Solutions: Lead a collaborative process to find the best solutions for your clients, managing discovery, strategy, and consensus-building to ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders; Create a Vision for Success: Develop and maintain a Client Roadmap in partnership with Customer Success, facilitating open conversations to ensure the value of BlackLine's solutions is clear and aligned with their strategic business goals; Foster a Collaborative Environment: Work in close partnership with internal teams - including Customer Success, Implementations, Support, and Legal - to deliver a seamless and supportive experience that meets and exceeds client expectations; Champion Customer Enablement: Encourage clients to engage with the wider BlackLine community and learning resources, ensuring they feel confident and capable of maximising the value of our partnership. What You'll Bring: Enterprise-Level Experience: A background in building and nurturing relationships within large, complex organisations, with a demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated, multi-year partnerships; A Consultative and Intuitive Approach: A naturally curious, persistent, and people-oriented style, with the ability to build trust and offer insightful guidance to senior leaders; Insightful Business Acumen: The ability to understand your client's evolving business landscape and find creative, business-oriented solutions to their unique challenges; A Spirit of Collaboration: A proven ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment, working effectively both independently and as a dedicated member of a collaborative team; Exceptional Communication & Influence: Outstanding skills in building rapport, communicating with clarity, and fostering agreement, with experience preparing and presenting a variety of client-facing materials.
