Production Manager – Manufacturing/Technology
On-site, 5 days a week (flexible hours)

Are you a driven and experienced Production Manager looking for your next challenge in the dynamic technology sector? In this role, you’ll oversee and optimise production processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality hardware products. You’ll take ownership of production planning and will lead a talented team to ensure you're meeting delivery targets. From process optimisation to ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, your expertise will help shape the future of production within this growing company.

Strategically Plan Production: Create and manage schedules, ensuring resources are in place to meet deadlines and financial targets.
Drive Quality and Compliance: Oversee audits, collaborate on quality assurance, and uphold standards, including ISO certifications.
Manage Costs and Inventory: Keep a close eye on production costs, negotiate input pricing, and maintain accurate inventory records.
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in production and manufacturing (if you have experience in the technology (hardware) sector, this will be a bonus)
