New Business Sales Manager - Permanent - London

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our partner’s comprehensive range of solutions to enterprise customers. Your primary objective will be to increase revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share through strategic sales initiatives and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or vertical market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise customer organizations.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand customer business challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and technical support, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving product portfolios.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote brand and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
