Digital Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Working in partnership with our client, the Social Media Manager & Content Creator will operate as part of our expert Social team and collaborate with our Creative & Strategy teams to generate content for and manage the social media activities of the brand's Home care Brands. From creating short form low fy content on TikTok to posting on Instagram and Facebook – we're counting on you to create compelling narratives that amplify our brands and resonate with our audiences.
Community engagement and client services
Listen and respond to relevant consumer comments, questions, and brand mentions with on-brand responses. This would involve cultivating a network of brand advocates and identifying engagement opportunities for organic planning.
Plan, ideate and create organic content calendars and reactive content, writing engaging copy and always ensuring platform best practices.
Receive and interrogate client briefs, supporting brief development to creative teams and other partners.
Support the Senior Social Media Manager in presenting content strategies to clients.
Analyse platform performance metrics, track KPIs and generate insights for the brand team to assess the effectiveness of content.
Content Creation
Shooting and editing multimedia social-first content for various social media platforms. This includes shot lists, scripts, and overseeing the content from conception to delivery.
Attend relevant brand events such as shoots, PR events, and influencer meet-ups to capture social content. Monitor feeds for opportunities to interject the brand into trending topics.
Craft engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's goals. Responsive to cultural zeitgeist and aware of strategic and creative opportunities to further brand narratives.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 
A well-rounded, creative individual who's constantly innovating and initiating.
Strong experience in social media content creation and management.
The capacity to understand and connect content to business objectives and client aims when executing briefs.
Use of social media management tools like Sprinklr and understanding the role of paid media and influencers.
Excellent written communication skills with proven experience in copywriting.
Familiarity with digital trends and popular culture.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive attitude towards spotting content creation opportunities to help clients achieve ambitions.
Nice to have: expertise in design, video, and photo editing skills.
