Mortgage Advisor Self Employed Home Based

My client is a modern, growing, established, successful and directly authorised, Independent Mortgage brokerage. The company are expanding due to increased business levels and in turn are currently keen to recruit several Mortgage Advisor’s nationwide on a self-employed basis, to join their team of experienced Advisor’s.
This role is a great opportunity for existing, established Mortgage Advisor’s who are keen to work with flexibility from your home and for Advisor’s who are keen to benefit from receiving;
* Additional mortgage client lead support
* All of which providing experienced Mortgage Advisor’s with the opportunity to increase your annual earnings successfully.
As an established, independent Mortgage Advisor you will be expected to both have an existing base of your own clients, whilst you will also benefit from receiving additional client introductions regularly from the company.
new business development activities including digital marketing, their well established existing client base (renewal and repeat business) and via the large national network of estate agency client introducer’s that are already in place (you will be assigned with your own estate agency introducer to maintain a successful relationship with).

To provide a quality, compliant and efficient mortgage advice service to all clients.
• Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable mortgage product recommendations.
• Ensuring a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complying with the Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures of the firm. A strong track record in mortgage advising within the independent market is essential (gained either on an employed or on a self employed basis).
• As an established, existing Mortgage Advisor it is expected that when moving into this role you will already have a certain number of your own existing, established clients. My client is keen to recruit candidate’s who are able to offer a high level of client care.
Within this self-employed Mortgage Advisor position, based upon the enhanced commission splits of all net income which are available and based upon the level of support that you will receive within the role, established, successful Mortgage Advisor’s receive a realistic OTE of £80k to £100k+.
You can also initially benefit from receiving a financial guarantee (a salary retainer, paid on a monthly basis) for what would be your first few months within the role to ensure that you are fine financially until your commission pipeline is up and running.
