Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a leading retail brand, currently going through a period of significant growth, with no plans of slowing down.
The Senior Finance Manager will have full autonomy in driving continuous improvement, whilst in a highly visible role working with the senior leadership team and partnering the wider commercial teams to ensure effective controls are in place whilst allowing the company to execute growth plans through commercially minded and well informed decision making.
The role will provide a great spring board for career development, partnering key stakeholders who will become advocates for your development following the value add you provide.
Senior Finance Manager
Work closely with SLT and commercial teams to drive growth
Drive projects focussed on continuous improvement and efficiencies
Business partner with the commercial team and wider business as the SME on technical matters
The Senior Finance Manager will ideally come from a qualified background ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA ) with strong exposure to group reporting in a matrix environment.
