Experienced Conveyancer

We are experts in residential conveyancing, wills, trusts and probate and family law work including divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, financial disputes upon separation and divorce and disputes regarding children. We are seeking to recruit am Office based, full time, dedicated Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our team in Banbury.

Key responsibilities

  • Ability to support Head of Unit and work in a standalone position as required;
  • Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process;
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and other property related documents;
  • Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications;
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
  • Market the conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
  • Provide training and support to junior members of the team.

Requirements

  • Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX qualified conveyancer;
  • Minimum 4 years Post Qualification Experience;
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently;
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Full Driving Licence.
