EMEA E-Commerce Lead - Healthcare. Based remotely in the UK
Meet the team:
The EMEA Marketing function is a dynamic, diverse and growing team, playing a critical role in defining and implementing our strategy to drive growth in the region. The EMEA Strategic Projects and Operations team is a key pillar in the EMEA Marketing function.
Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Lead
- You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our e-commerce platform and digital customer experience across EMEA markets, to drive online sales growth.
- Be responsible for managing and implementing a cohesive e-commerce strategy and tactics, collaborating closely with regional and local marketing teams.
- Taking full ownership of the e-commerce strategy across the EMEA region, aligned to our regional business goals.
- Maintaining a performance marketing mindset, staying deeply connected to ongoing digital campaigns.
- Driving the e-commerce channel revenue, focusing on understanding and identifying key drivers of demand.
- Leading and optimising the e-commerce platform(s) across EMEA.
- Working closely with EMEA campaign & channels marketing teams, country marketing teams, and EMEA/Global IT organization.
- Managing relationships with third parties such as Amazon or other e-commerce and fulfilment providers.
What makes you successful for the E-Commerce Lead:
- A consistent track record of driving online sales growth.
- Significant experience working closely with country marketing teams.
- Ability to engage cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
- Highly skilled in performance marketing analytics.
- Understanding of the broader e-commerce landscape.
- Experience handling or working with Commerce Tools platform.
- Experience in building a high performing business on Amazon.
- Familiar with handling the tools and tactics that drive demand.
- A strong project manager, with interpersonal skills, and strategic vision.

Travel Required for the E-Commerce Lead:
- 0-5%
Experience and Education Requirements for the E-Commerce Lead:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
- Experience in Healthcare industry, including medical technology, is preferred.
