Our client is a specialist Estate and Letting Agency with offices in the Bournemouth area and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager / Head of Property Management to look after and develop their Managed Residential portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm for Lettings in general, hardworking and determined; You should have experience in Residential Lettings as a Property Manager and be ready to hit the ground running
You will be responsible for all areas of the property management process from booking gas safety certificate and drawing up Tenancy Agreements to negotiating management fees and liaising with contractors so you must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to “muck in” with the day to day tasks.
Local knowledge will add to your appeal as a potential candidate.

Skills: The skills required for this Head of Property Management role will include:
Significant previous experience in Property Management
Thorough understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
Excellent telephone manner
Have a full UK driving licence
