The Role:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join us in London as BIM Lead. Our growing team in London requires a passionate, highly-technical, BIM-savvy individual to train, lead and monitor the expanding multi-discipline team. Our current focus is on front-end design (Concept/ Schematic stages) within architectural disciplines including ID, landscape & specialist lighting. The London team is also involved in QAQC monitoring of later design phases by overseas production offices, so the successful candidate will also have involvement on heavy +300 LOD models.

The role will be hands-on from a technical production standpoint, where the successful candidate will be required to produce & build REVIT model/ drafting across various disciplines.

As the office progresses/ increases in staff numbers, this role will naurally evolve to become the defacto office BIM leader/ BIM manager, whilst each design discipline will expand their core BIM skills from within.

The candidate will have immediate access to the wider corporate BIM standards/ procedures, and be a regular contributor/ team member within the group's international BIM team.

Responsibilities
Train, lead and monitor the office's technical (BIM) output
Produce various BIM models / drafting for the listed varied disciplines
Be part of wider international team of BIM leads/ reporting
Progressive development/ BIM management role, commensurate with the expanding technical capability of the office
Create relevant libraries families for Landscape (Tree and Shrub), ID (Furniture) and Lighting (Fixtures)
Utilise Revit model to produce good quality representational CGIs.
Support modelling for multi-disciplinary coordination, design visualisation & 3D presentations
Manage the coordinated BIM Model including progress drawings, 3d models, renderings
Champion the QA/AC process on these models

Who we're seeking:
~7+ years experience with BIM
~ Strong knowledge of Revit
~ Previous experience in a senior BIM role
~ Previous experience working with an architectural practice
~ Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
~ Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
~3D visualisation skills on Sketchup/Rhino a bonus
