In 2024, our client opened the doors to an innovative and state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Darlington, and we are on the lookout for a talented individual to be the Bodyshop Manager and lead the team going forward.

You will be:

  1. Managing an on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff)
  2. Experienced in team management and driven by results
  3. Understanding business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs
  4. Efficiently managing site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability
  5. Actively managing relationships with work providers and suppliers
  6. Handling customer issues and complaints effectively
  7. Having prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols
  8. Ensuring consistent adherence to health and safety measures
  9. Planning workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness
  10. Working skillfully and safely, following manufacturers' specifications
  11. Leading and collaborating effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision
  12. Having a flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction
