Your New Role You'll be joining as a Principal or Associate Ecologist, stepping into a leadership role within a local team of 2 and a wider team of 11 ecologists. You'll lead exciting regional projects, manage clients, QA reports, and contribute to business development. Expect a 50/50 split between solar and residential schemes (with others in the mix), for e.g. a large solar project in Bedfordshire and residential developments across Beds, Herts, and Essex.
