Band 5 ACT Pharmacy Technician - Devon - NHS Hospital

Are you a dedicated Pharmacy Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic NHS environment? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our pharmacy team at a leading hospital in Devon.

A Day in the Life of an ACT Pharmacy Technician

You will start your morning by reviewing and checking the prescriptions prepared by junior staff. You’ll participate in ward rounds, offering pharmaceutical care to inpatients and helping to optimize their treatment plans.

Conducting regular stock checks and ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked.
Assisting with the training of junior staff and pharmacy students.
Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
Qualified Pharmacy Technician with GPhC registration.
Competitive pay rate of up to £28 per hour.
9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Working hours and contract duration:

This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 30 min break. The contract is for 6 months minimum.
