I am currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join an established team, offering a competitive salary of £25,080 per annum plus tips, with an average monthly tip amount of around £250.
The chefs work split shifts, with 4 days on and 3 days off each week. Typical hours are from approximately 9:30am to 2:30/3pm and 5:30pm to 10pm, with later shifts on weekends.
All staff receive complimentary meals during their shifts. As part of a private estate, they provide housing options just a 3-minute walk away, at a weekly charge of £55, inclusive of all bills.
Additionally, chefs do one breakfast shift per week, compensated with overtime pay.
For those seeking additional hours and compensation, they offer a 5-day-a-week package at £31,350 annually.

The menu is inspired by their local surroundings and choses to incorporate local produce and work with local suppliers to deliver a bespoke experience,
In this role, you'll play a vital part in their kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in each service. Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of your section, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and preparing fresh, seasonal dishes.
