Associate Creative Director - Social first is a MUST

Role Overview: This senior position holds pivotal importance within both the team and the wider agency. As a leader, you'll establish a culture of excellence, motivating and guiding those around you. This hands-on role demands strong multitasking skills and an unwavering commitment to quality. You'll oversee project management while championing exceptional work, ensuring that creativity remains the cornerstone of all initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the team, driving creative excellence across all projects.
- Set the tone and direction of the department, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
- Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing project timelines and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors & the Executive Creative Director to realize projects and maintain the agency's vision.
- Mentor and support Creatives in concept development and strategy.
- Cultivate robust relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a keen awareness of project workflows and priorities, facilitating effective communication and resource management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in social marketing or social PR.
- At least 2 years in a senior creative role.
- Strong background in copywriting rather than visual design.
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional creative output.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creative craftsmanship and deck design.
- Passion for social media and a forward-thinking vision for its potential.
- - Ambitious drive to create impactful campaigns that shape a generation.n.
This role is based in Manchester, Hybrid & full RTW in UK is essential.
