We compensate our team members at a higher rate than most (if not all) of the other “summer school providers.” We are a UK nonprofit and believe in reinvesting in the quality of our programmes, which begin and end with team members like you. (We like to help our team members develop their own careers. Depending on schedules, some faculty may take breakfast and dinner with the cohort in the dining halls of the Oxford colleges, and we pay for each faculty member to attend dinner at Formal Hall, which occurs once every cohort.
Each cohort takes a study trip one day to London. If the candidate is hired and is rated highly by the students, we provide a bonus structure and we envision a long relationship with the candidate that will include teaching senior military officers and diplomats and for prestigious institutions over many years.
