Our Criminal Litigation Department are excited to be seeking a new Solicitor

You will advise and assist clients with legal problems relating to all areas of Criminal Law.
We have a fantastic criminal defence department that have been awarded tier one ranking (the highest), for their criminal defence work, with lawyers recognised as leaders in their field for the ninth consecutive year in the Legal 500
Our high regarded reputation means we attract high-quality, serious and complex criminal defence work throughout England and Wales.
We will consider newly qualified solicitors or more experienced solicitors seeking a new challenge.
Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle (expected to travel beyond the firm’s North West base to provide advocacy services at courts and advice and representation at interviews under caution)


Provide efficient and effective legal advice, assistance and representation for private and publicly funded clients at the magistrates’ court and police stations;
Become duty solicitor qualified (if not already) and join the department’s 24 hour police station rota and one of the four Duty Solicitor schemes we have contracts for;
