*The Recruitment Crowd are searching for a talented and experienced Nursing Home Manager who is seeking an exciting opportunity to lead a luxury nursing home in Gateshead
We are seeking a Home Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care, strong business acumen, and marketing skills. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to guide our home towards an Outstanding CQC rating while leading our dedicated team.
As our Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home.
We are looking for a qualified nurse to lead our team, creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care. Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Previous experience of managing a nursing home.
* Be a Registered Nurse and hold an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate and PIN;
* You have experience working in the health care sector;
* You are driven, motivated and believe in the quality of care.
* You possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role.
* Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care.
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience- Essential
