Our client, a world leading biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Quality Assurance expert to provide R&D training support to the global organisation. By joining this innovative organisation, you will be at the forefront of the development of therapies for life-threatening diseases worldwide.
Your new role
In your new role as Senior R&D Quality Training Associate, you will be responsible for providing oversight to the companies' vendors on training, onboarding and the management of day-to-day responsibilities.
Key attributes of the role include:
- You will act as the GxP training lead on a global level related to all training administrative tasks such as the Quality System, Learning Management System, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide support in internal audits / regulatory inspections.
- Implements continuous improvement optimisations through the implementation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of innovative tools, metrics and administrative reports.
- Monitor, identify and enable the completion of GxP training areas that need improvement.
- Be responsible for driving and overseeing activities related to R&D GxP training and to ensure Quality Assurance of deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will need to be flexible and adaptable to change, as there will be movement between projects and areas that require attention/support.
Other key requirements of the role:
- A degree in Life Sciences along with some work experience in QA, QC, Compliance or a related discipline within the industry.
- To have a sound knowledge of quality and compliance requirements in relation to medicinal products.
- Project management experience with evidence of being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner with consistent quality.
- Strong proficiencies with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
